CloudBeta Platform Usage & Service Terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CloudBeta video streaming platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.
2. Service Tier Limits & Subscriptions
- Free Plan ($0): Subject to a 10 video upload limit and standard player playback.
- VIP Plan ($50/mo): Includes unlimited video uploads, VAST ad support, custom logo branding, custom CORS domains, and 100 free video backups.
- Super VIP Plan ($100/mo): Includes all VIP features plus unlimited automated video backups and ultra-fast transcoding priority.
- Source Code License ($500): Grants a non-exclusive, perpetual self-hosted license for standalone deployment.
3. Acceptable Content & CORS Rules
Users are solely responsible for all video content uploaded and embedded via CloudBeta. Copyright infringement or illegal media distribution is strictly prohibited.
